I sponsored Patrick after seeing his story on Willing Hearts Dalmatian Rescue, Inc.

It is difficult to comprehend why someone would treat any animal like Patrick's owner treated him, or why neighbors would watch it happen. I created this page in his memory, and to plead with people who read this page to take action when they see or suspect animal cruelty. Patrick was chained in a yard, and starved. His owner was moving, and planned to leave him there. Fortunately a neighbor decided to make a phone call about the cruelty she was seeing. Unfortunately, it was too late. If you see or know of such cruelty, please report it immediately. As Patrick's case proves, time is of the essence in determining the outcome.
